You are free to come and go as you wish, but the rooms are for SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY, so although guests are welcome, overnight stays are not the norm.

There is a wall mounted flat screen Freeview TV, with a moveable arm so it can be viewed from any angle and there is Virgin Dual band Wifi, all included.

There is a high gloss shared kitchen and utility room, with plenty of personal storage space in the cupboards and each of the TWO full size Fridge Freezers. TWO separate ovens and a microwave, for busy times! and everything else is supplied, down to the last tea spoon. There is s thermal/smoke alarm and a CO2 alarm for your safety.

There is a washing machine, Steam iron, Ironing board, drying frame, plus rotary washing lines in the garden, with a spacious garden shed (not in photos).

The house is situated at the end of a quiet avenue, with easy access to all major transport routes by foot or by car. There is free off road parking, gardens and a shed for storage.
