A contract will be drawn up after all checks have been completed and are satisfactory. Minimum term of 6 months, but would prefer 1 year.
This was my family home for many years, so I am looking for a clean, tidy, honest, trustworthy, and respectful professional person. There are 4 girls in the house at the moment.
