Double room in Trowbridge

Hi, I have a large double room available to rent in my two bed new build flat in the Castlemead estate in Trowbridge.

The room has a bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, small desk, a chair and a mirror. There is space to add a few additional items if needed.

The flat has wifi and a washing machine and all bills are included.

The flat has two parking spaces and you would be able to use one of them.

I am 38 and work in Bath as an Event Manager. I am a social, outgoing person but am often out in the evening exercising or with friends so am looking for someone friendly but self-sufficient to share with. I don't cook big meals a huge amount and as it is an open plan living room/kitchen without much cupboard space it works better if the lodger is the same. Having said that, I do have all essential kitchen items, so of course making dinner of an evening is fine.

I have a cat - he's friendly and very much a lap cat. He is an indoors cat (he has FIV) so it is important you are a cat lover as otherwise you may find him a little annoying always being around!
