Room , including broadband , dishwasher

The room is furnished with a double bed with a comfortable mattress. Towels included plus space for drying and ironing etc. Other advantages would be wireless broadband and TV.

The room has a decent built in wardrobe plus over head storage. Usual amenities including a microwave, cooker (with fan), washing machine but no spin dryer. Bathroom has a power shower.

Obviously there is a living room in the house but this is off limits as I use this space for evening work and time with family etc. This is the reason why the rent is lower than usual. Parking is on the street, and there's usually a space nearby.

The ideal housemate would be reliable, trustworthy and tidy.

No students, sleepovers or couples.

Theres no personality preference, but preferably someone who is easy going, quiet and cleans up after themselves. I request the payment of the coming month in advance and at the end of the month in cash.
