There are digi locks to each room for security and smoke alarms in each bedroom and communal areas for your safety.

There is a wall mounted flat screen Freeview TV, with a moveable arm so it can be viewed from any angle and with dual band Virgin WIFI, all included.

The room has loads of natural light, throughout the day and early evenings. This is a really friendly, easy going house in a quiet Cul-de-sac, so it really will not suit a party animal.

You are free to come and go as you wish, but the rooms are for single occupancy only, so although guests are welcome, overnight stays are not the norm.

There is a high gloss shared kitchen and utility room, with plenty of personal storage space in the cupboards and each of the TWO full size Fridge Freezers. TWO separate ovens and a microwave, for busy times! and everything else is supplied, down to the last tea spoon and even has a monthly cleaner for the communal areas. It is protected by a thermal/smoke alarm and CO2 alarm.

There is a new washing machine, Steam iron, Ironing board, drying frame, plus rotary washing lines in the garden and a large metal shed for 'stuff'.

The house is situated at the end of a quiet avenue, with easy access to all major transport routes by foot or by car. There is limited off road parking on a first come basis and plenty of on road parking with no restrictions.
