You are free to come and go as you wish, but the rooms are for single occupancy only, so although guests are welcome, overnight stays are not the norm.
There is a high gloss shared kitchen and utility room, with plenty of personal storage space in the cupboards and you get YOUR OWN PERSONAL FRIDGE/FREEZER. Two separate ovens and a microwave, for busy times! and everything else is supplied, down to the last tea spoon and even has a monthly cleaner for the communal areas. There is a new washing machine, Steam iron, Ironing board, drying frame, plus rotary washing lines in the garden and a large metal shed for 'stuff'.
The house is situated at the end of a quiet avenue, with easy access to all major transport routes and short walk to bus stops serving all areas. There is limited off road parking on a first come basis and plenty of on road parking with no restrictions.
