Room to let

I have a spare room there is bed and wardrobe available to use...the bedroom is at the front of the house, at the front of the house there is enough room to park two cars, mine and another.
The property has central heating and solar panels so it is cheaper to use electric in the daytime.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available to use, plus there is a conservatory which is used as a dinning room, there is a shop nearby which is very handy.
I'm looking for a person who's in fulltime employment not nights, a happy person with no issues, I don't want anybody that drinks a lot,
If your a smoker, you will have to smoke outside the property, no parties and please no loud music and we will get on great, you will have to be clean, tidy and friendly.
Also the property has Wi-Fi.
