Lodger sought, more than just a room.

I have a room to rent near Warminster available Oct/Nov. The property is a beautiful cottage with period features. Massive Garden and recently modified well insulated conservatory. The lodger would have access to a shared bathroom and kitchen, their own room and the conservatory as their own lounge area. There is also access via the side of the property so the lodger would have their own access in and out.

Property Perks include 2 cats, own living room, greenery and areas for some additional storage.

Please note that I will not accept couples, children or students unless postgraduates. Must be in employment.

I work in a school. I work very long days and am generally out a lot of the weekend so there would be space. I am very relaxed and not particularly picky. I am after someone considerate and able to contribute to cleaning shared areas.

The property has two rooms. There is the scope to take the bigger double but the price would be adjusted to consider this as is an option of a Monday- Fri let.
