We are offering a recently decorated & furnished large double bedroom with a private En-suite in our home for rent. It is a smart & very spacious room with a double bed, TV, wardrobe & with use of a kitchen and dining room on the ground floor.

The reason for letting the room is that we are looking to utilise the spare space we have available. Warminster is a up & coming location with excellent rail links for commuters, we are approximately a 20 minute walk from the station and 10 minute walk from the local shops. Tenants will have to be pet friendly as we have a cat.
