Two rooms-v convenient for Longleat/Centrerparcs

Large double room with ensuite shower room. Shared use of large kitchen, dining room and laundry facilities in our family home. Large garden and off road parking. On a bus route into Warminster town centre and to Frome. Mainline station in Warminster to London, Salisbury, Trowbridge, Bath, Bristol etc. Very convenient for Longleat and Centerparcs..

We (the owners) are a friendly laid back couple but due to a recent unpleasant experience with a lodger will have to ask for references from your last landlord. . Potential lodgers will need to be in full time employment since this is how we got burnt last time.

Second bedroom, another large double with view onto garden currently occupied. Nearly exclusive use of main bathroom (with shower and bath) just across the corridor from the room. Pictures of this room unavailable at the moment..
