Double room with desk

I have been renovating my house for the past year. The major work is complete!

I am looking for someone to use my spare room, currently it has a pull out double but we can change this or make it comfy so you still have a good sized room.
The room comes with drawers and a desk.
Next door there is 3 fitted wardrobes that you are welcome to use.

I have 2 cats, they are perfectly friendly and mostly potter the house.

I work shifts for the NHS so my hours at times are a little odd.

All bill included and you have access to all areas including a nice garden that leads out to a park.

Off road parking.

Happy to remove furniture if you have your own :).
