Cosy double room with own office and bathroom

Double room furnished with lots of storage, separate private office and almost sole use of bathroom (just want to have a bath once or twice a week), lovely shared living room, kitchen and garden with a cat, medium sized lovely dog and a male teacher/business owner! I am looking for someone chilled and friendly to live with, I like to go in walks and hikes and to the gym, I love music, festivals, movies/tv, food/cooking and a good social event. I'm alternative and spiritual but also quite normal :) 750 all bills included (one month deposit and references) with 100mbps broadband.
