I’m looking for a friendly new housemate. Would prefer housemates who want to share evening meals most nights. The rent includes all bills and evening meals. Would suit an international student or young person living independently for the first time. Would also consider a short-term rental.

The room/home:
• A beautiful quiet private room with double bed
• The house is 4 bedrooms, with living room and a large kitchen with all amenities and safety equipment.
• Large garage to store items.
• Small garden and a patio area to have coffee outside in the summer
• Movie projector for movie nights
• Home to a cat
• Rural location with excellent public transport links to the centre of Swindon and Oxford by bus every 15min
• Driveway if you drive a car.
• Deposit is 1 months rent, rent is paid monthly in advance. All bills, including fibre optic broadband is included.

The low cost is because I don’t want to make a profit but create an intentional shared living space with others and help them save for their future.

If this advert is still up then the room is still available, I’m located in Watchfield SN6 (roughly 10 miles from Swindon) but the S6 bus is every 15min direct to Oxford and Swindon, so it's easy to commute if needed.
