The house is in a quiet village, away from the noise and bustle of the towns - there is no public transport so you need your own vehicle.
My lodger is moving on just after Christmas as he's found somewhere within a few yards of his work, leaving a lovely room looking for a new tenant. It is a lovely very large double room with king size bed (brand new mattress), a hand basin, antique dressing table/desk, dining table, chest of drawers, hanging cupboards, comfortable chairs, TV socket, super fast WiFi & lovely views across pretty thatched cottages to the north, where the Marlborough Downs and the Alton Barnes white horse are visible in the distance.
There is plenty of off road parking, a wonderful & highly equipped kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes lines etc..
I am looking for people who need accommodation on a short term, weekly or full time basis (1/3 premium for dual occupancy).
We have 4 very lively and friendly dogs, a 3 acre garden and comfortable accommodation throughout. Currently, the rental includes all outgoings - electricity, water, Council Tax etc..
Please note - there is effectively no public transport, so anyone staying here will have to have their own method of getting to and from work, the shops etc..
