Fantastic Rooms in Lovely Friendly Manor House

The house is in a quiet village, away from the noise and bustle of the towns - there is no public transport so you need your own vehicle.

My lodger is moving on after a couple of years, leaving a lovely room looking for a new tenant. It is a lovely very large double room with king size bed antique dressing table/desk, dining table, chests of drawers, hanging cupboard, comfortable chairs, TV socket, super fast WiFi & lovely views south, across the garden & west to pretty thatched cottages.

There is plenty of off road parking, a wonderful & highly equipped kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes lines etc..

I am looking for people who need accommodation on a short term, weekly or full time basis (1/3 premium for dual occupancy).

We have very lively and friendly dogs, a 3 acre garden and comfortable accommodation throughout. Currently, the rental includes all outgoings - electricity, water, Council Tax etc..

Please note - there is effectively no public transport, so anyone staying here will have to have their own method of getting to and from work, the shops etc..
