Large furnished double bedroom to rent

We are a young friendly couple looking for a professional or student to rent our large double bedroom in our town house. Located within 2 minute walk from Westbury train station so great for anyone that commutes to work and close to local shops.

We have 2 friendly cats so would need to be an animal lover (cats will not be allowed in your room).

Included furnishes will be double bed, 2 bedside tables and large wardrobe. Access to shared living room and kitchen diner. Use of all kitchen utensils and own fridge, freezer and storage space is included. You would have the family bathroom where there is a shower and bath, this would be mainly your own but we may use from time to time.

All bills included in rent. With access to WIFI.
Would expect one months rent up front and rent to be paid on the 1st of each month by standing order.
