Two three-drawer bedside tables with lamps. under bed storage and chair. Room is 9’7” by 12’. Has a black out blind. Currently sole use of large bathroom. Use of a large kitchen diner, with air-fryer, microwave, ceramic hob and toaster. There is no large oven available. . No home workers this means that the occupant leaves and returns on a 8-5 basis. (Or similar for shift-workers) We have terrier. - one shreds hair so if you are allergic, this home is not for you. References will be confirmed. Full lodger contract will need to be signed. Including ID check - right-to-rent etc. Own cupboards in kitchen. Shared use of fridge freezer -own shelves Those seeking 4 or 3 nights should email us for rates. Bedding provided.
