There is a self contained kitchen, mezzanine bedroom and shower room in this beautiful converted Oast House on the premises of Huntenhull Farm in Chapmanslade. Parking for one car with separate access. Flat screen TV and DVD. The property also has a surrounding deck.
The property is available for 6 months let, or longer. The one proviso is that there is not insurance for guests to stay over. This is firm and not negotiable.
This property is very quiet and private and would suit a single professional person.
There is a pub within walking distance in the village.
Nearest supermarket is ASDA in Frome.
There is also access to a full laundry facility. ( weekdays only)
Our current tenant leaves at the end of April.
