Large Double Bedroom in a Detached House

I'm a 30 year old professional living in a largish 3 bed detahced house, with 3 reception rooms, kitchen and utility. I have recently renovated most of the living areas within the house, which are now modern and clean. The property benfits from a 100ft garden. I also have a 4 year old Staffie, who is very excitable but soft as putty. Looking for a house mate, as i'm getting a little bored living on my own.
