A double room to rent out from Monday - Friday in my recently renovated two-bedroom house. It is located in Royal Wootton Bassett, with easy access to the M4, in a quiet location away from the road and next to a large green open space.
All bills are included (council tax, water, gas electricity). There is plenty of parking either on the driveway or on the road by the property. There is outdoor gym equipment available to use. I have a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas. You will be welcome to use the open-plan kitchen and lounge area, conservatory and garden.
A bit about me: I have been working in engineering for the last 10 years but am about to leave the profession to study for a career in health care. I generally keep myself busy in the evenings mid-week mainly through doing sports such as climbing, cricket or hockey but also by learning the bass guitar.
This room would suit a professional who is clean, prefers earlier quieter evenings and is looking for a longer-term stay.
