The house is located in a quiet area on the edge of a park away from the road. There is easy access to the M4 and there is a good bus route into Swindon within walking distance. The leisure centre is only 5 minutes away on foot.

The house has a open plan kitchen living area and a shared bathroom, you would be welcome to use every part of the house. Full fibre broadband is available.

I am a university student studying physiotherapy who enjoys keeping active. I like to keep the house clean and would look to employ a cleaner when the room is rented out. Every so often a dog called Rusty (Vizsla) comes to stay, he's got a lot of energy but is very friendly.
