Rental would be suitable for a working professionals who are clean and tidy.
The room has a bed and built in wardrobe (including hanging rail and draws) for belongings. The rooms can be unfurnished if you wish to provide your own furniture. I have garage space available if storage for a push bike is needed.
I have a small friendly Bichon Frisé dog who also lives in the property but does not stay at the property whilst I am at work.
The property is a new build coach house, it is clean and well maintained. I have a weekly cleaner whose cost is included in the rental price. The property is within walking distance of the Royal Wootton Bassett high street and local amenities, and off-road parking is also available if required. It is also close to the M4 junction 16 and is ideal for commuting. 7 miles from Swindon town centre.
