3 bedroom house, Located in Abotts Salford, Lovely views/walks. Plenty of private parking at front and rear. Shared kitchen, Living room, Upstairs bathroom with shower + bath, Downstairs toilet.
Washing machine, Tumble dryer, dishwasher, Fridge freezer, Oven/grill/air fryer.

Garden-
Reasonably spacious rear garden with shed, greenhouse, patio and lawn.

About me-
Im a working professional, I work normal day hours 90% of the time but occasionly work at night or get called out to work during the night.
I have 3 cocker spaniel dogs and a cat so must be comfortable with that (They are very friendly!) The dogs (and cat) are not aloud upstairs.
I do have a son that stays here a couple of nights a week so I will need to do a DBS check which I will do at my own cost.
