Double room with private bathroom

I live in the house with my son (14) so ideally a considerate female would be a good match. We are clean and tidy and quiet. Where we live is also quiet and friendly.

Room includes, double bed with mattress, bedding if required, small set of drawers and wardrobe. The bed is an ottoman for additional storage.

The room is opposite the family bathroom, however, there is a smaller shower room down stairs that is for your use only.

Train station is 10 minute walk away so is the local shop and a number of bars, a pub, cafes and few places to eat.

Lovely garden. South facing so lovely and sunny. Driveway has plenty of space for 4 cars and there is usually just mine on the drive so no swapping the cars around when you’re in a rush.

Not suitable for a smoker.

Open to discuss pets including small dogs who are house trained.

Cost of room includes all bills, broadband and council tax.
