Downstairs room available for rent, on a monthly basis living with two males, one of us works Monday to Saturday and one who works shifts. Would suit somebody of a similiar age to ourselves 25-30 also a professional although a student would be considered. Pets considered as long as they are well trained, currently there are no cat flaps. Front and backyard, upstairs and downstairs toilets. Shower and bath upstairs. Car park at rear of house.
