Lovely Double room with ensuite

Lovely double room with shower ensuite located in the countryside with two local pubs, a playground park and a village shop, and a garage right opposite our house. The room is set within our house, and we have 1 cat, 2 children (6 and 12) and me and my partner. We are all easy going. There is also a shared garden area with decking. Parking is available, off site a short walk away from the property. Price includes bills but excludes food.
