Double room,in a detached 2 bed house

Its a must view guys, i am looking for a professional, clean and tidy house mate to rent a double room within the house. Full use of the house also and all bills included, but sorry no couples unless you pay abit more money which can be discussed.
The house has a dining area, kitchen, living room, down stairs bathroom and large garden for the sunny days.
Its a stand alone house so it is very quite. The accomadation has some furniture, and a bed and a build in wardrobe space. The room will be fully cleaned before move in day.
About me I am a very clean and tidy person and i am quite and considerate to whom i live with. I am a professional chef and i work alot too, i like going to the gym and getting out enjoying life. i also have a cat who lives in the house, but she is very tame and shy.
