Relaxed friendly tidy house

Sadly the person renting off me has got to move to look after his Mum.
My past lodgers have both said that I'm a very friendly person and great to live with and in fact have kept in contact with me.
I have a lovely well furnished double room available in a friendly 3 bedroom house with bills included.
My household is fully inclusive.
Full use of bathroom, kitchen, sitting room and garden. Off road parking.
Use of broadband
Bedroom is fully funsihed.
Also have washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house is close to the M5 and M42.
Bromsgrove centre is close by as are some shops, supermarkets, pubs and public transport.
Birmingham, Droitwich, Worcester and Redditch are also close by.
I'm a relaxed tidy person that is very easy to get along with as is my dog.
