A double room (double bed and mattress included only) for rent with all bills (insurance, water, gas, electricity, internet etc) included in a cottage style 3 bedroom house set back from Bromsgrove High street with a 2 min walk to local independent shops and bars with only a 20 min walk to Aston fields and Bromsgrove train station.

Downstairs is part open plan with a small utility storing the boiler and washing machine, an additional living room off the kitchen along with a sun room / dining room. The third bedroom is used as a shared dressing room / office space.

I have a cocker spaniel so dog friendly people only please x

I work full time as a Laboratory Technician; I have a girlfriend and step son that will spend time at the house. I pride myself in my cosy home which is usually full of music, laughter and crime documentaries on the TV.

Week day only is preferred at a discounted rate.
