The house consists of an open kitchen/living room with a TV, dining table and spacious cupboards. A study with a desk, sofa and TV for entertainment. The back doors lead out to a 3 tier south westerly facing garden with on and offroad parking towards the rear of the property.

Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a female professional to rent the room as my boyfriend and I will be live in landlords. Ideally looking for a Monday-Friday tenant however, for the right person a full-time living arrangement can be agreed.

A little bit about us:
My boyfriend and I love spending time in the local coffee shops, bars and restaurants. We frequently spend time at our local gym as health and fitness is important to us. We are young professionals that are both office based with occasional working from home.

About the area:
Bromsgrove is a vibrant town with lots to see and do no matter what your interests. We are a stone’s throw away from the motorway, making travel very accessible. There is a 20-minute walk and you will be at the train station linking you to Birmingham and Worcester. There are markets every weekend which are a must.
