Double room furnished

I am a live in land lady with a lovely dog and cat. I enjoy a peaceful home. I am easy going with a few rules to ensure we both enjoy our time in the space i. e respect for each others peace and quiet with all devices turned to low volume after 9pm. I am happy to socialise and chat but equally happy to give you space. I will respect your privacy and treat you with good manners. I am a hygenic, clean, tidy person looking for the someone with the same qualities to share my lovely home.

The double room available is spacious and airy suitable for a professional female.

The house is a warm insulated, centrally modern mid terrace with off road parking to the rear. 2 mins walk to local shops. 10 minutes walk into Bromsgrove town centre, Sanders Park GP surgeries etc.

The double bedoom has a large double radiator. It is fully furnished with a new double bed and matress, space under for storage. Brand new wardrobe with full hanging and separate shelves extra storage room in boxes above. Desk/dressing table and bedside cabine an extra desk can be added if required.

The shared shower room is a modern, clean bright space.

The shared kitchen has washing machine, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge.

The shared lounge overlooks the garden with doors out onto the decking where you can enjoy the indoor or outdoor space.

The shared garden has a range of mature shrubs and two decked areas with tables and chairs for you to enjoy.

There is no WiFi at the property. I use an unlimited data package on my phone as my personal hot spot and it connects all my online devices efficiently.

If working from home an additional £10 charge will be applied to the inclusive monthly rental to cover extra water, gas and electric used.

Notice period 1 month.

My hobbies include art, drawing, painting and the outdoors.
