It is a house share, so it's a 3 bedroom house, bathroom, shower room living room ,large kitchen conservatory .

Use of broadband. All bills included unless your usage causes the bills to go over it's normal level ,
No overnight guests. unless agreed. It's vey quiet area 2 minutes from the town
Plenty of parking on the drive
I am an easy going person, so easy to get on with.
