Short let from few days to 1 month only

Countryside feel near Birmingham. one of the nice area in Bromsgrove and away from hustle and bustle of city life of Birmingham, in a warm cosy home. I have 2 spare rooms/1 bathroom which will be only for your use and i want to share it with another very neat and tidy, friendly and respectful decent professional... if you have a car there is A parking. It is a right area For one who likes to study and concentrate on his career with not much distraction. Great for a busy professional/ doctor .
I will need references from your current employer or doctor. I hope you will understand and won’t mind.
No smoke and alcohol please

I am a live in landlord. I am in late 40’s. I enjoy cooking and gardening and yoga. There are lovely places to visit. Something for everyone. I am looking for someone I can completely trust and get on with.

Deposit is only security for any damages and refundable.
I am currently not taking stay which is more than one month.
Few days stay is welcome .weekly stay is £150.
