Double Room with Shared Bathroom

We have a recently redecorated double bedroom available for rent in our home. The room comes with a bed, mattress, and large IKEA pax wardrobe. The tenant is more than welcome to add their own furnishings, decorations, hang up pictures, wall mount a TV etc. and make the room their own. Note that the desk, chair and monitor have now been removed and are no longer there (they were sold). High speed fibre broadband and a driveway parking space is included.

The house has a large kitchen area that is shared with the two landlords and the other tenant. The tenant in the available room will share the large bathroom with the other tenant, with the landlords sharing a separate shower room. There is a separate downstairs toilet next to the kitchen that can be used as well.

There are five cats (a domestic short hair and four Savannah cats) that roam the shared areas and a further spare bedroom. They are exceptionally friendly and will routinely play with each other and demand a little (or a lot) of attention. The tenant is of course welcome to keep them out of their room and shared bathroom.

The landlords spend most of their time in the house working from home during the day and looking after the cats, working out in the gym room, playing pool or table tennis and watching TV or movies in the living room in the evenings.

Looking for someone quiet and clean, ideally a professional person, who likes cats and will keep them inside at all times (that's really the only ask we have for the potential tenant - they can go out the back and sides to the enclosed back garden but not out the front door and porch).

The house is in an excellent location for commuting to a number of places as it's less than 5 minutes drive to the motorway. Bromsgrove, Redditch, Kidderminster plus areas of Birmingham and Worcester and more are all within driving distance.
