Double and single rooms to rent in rural location

Thatched cottage in a rural location.
I have a cat and a dog, so must like animals
I have two rooms to rent in a family home. The house still has some work being done on it, but it is very warm and comfortable.
There are two good size double, would accept couples but the rents would have to be agreed as it has been listed for single occupancy.
I am quite flexible and would consider children / families staying as well.
Bills excluding Phone are included (within reasonable usage)
There is a bus service in the village but a car would be an advantage.
There is Sky TV, WiFi Broadband, washing machine and dishwasher in the house.
I am looking for relaxed easy going people to share my house with. I am not a party all night person but do have the odd dinner party.
The Single room is on the ground floor. Looking for short term tenancy (weekly rolling tenancy) as the house is up for sale.
