Double, furnished room to rent with off-road parking and broadband access / wifi. The room comes with wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV aerial socket is also available if required. All bills are included (council tax, gas, electric, water etc.). There's a good sized kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer etc. and a lounge / dining room (with Sky+). The garden is also great for summer BBQs! There is another bedroom which is currently used as an office / workspace which can also be used and a shared bathroom.

The house is in a great location, a really quiet street which is close to junction 6 of the M5. There's a great corner shop and a Coop within walking distance (as well as a couple of decent pubs!).

Looking for someone who is clean, tidy, considerate and who doesn't mind pets (I have 2 small dogs - pug x cavalier).

Room is available Mon - Fri @ £70/week.
