The bedroom and living room are newly decorated, with a brand new fitted kitchen (installed in the last twelve months) and includes washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, and freezer. Shower only bathroom with a separate toilet. Oil heated property but also benefits from a wood burning stove, so it feels very cosy in the winter.

The house is directly on the high street (with easy access, free, on street parking) and provides easy road links to Worcester, Ludlow, Kidderminster and Bridgnorth.

The Properties location benefits from really close access to beautiful walks, many pubs, hairdressers, cafe's, shops and restaurants.

The house will have one current male occupant on the second floor, and is ideally looking for a professional, mature, housemate who enjoys an occasional drink, a roast dinner, a chat around the cooker, and is past the need for big house parties.
