Double bedroom in detached house

I have a double bedroom a detached property. Includes sole use of bathroom with bath & shower (not en suite), shared use of large fitted kitchen/lounge and utility room with washer & drier. All utilities included.

I will consider well behaved dogs (and owners!)

Located in the village of Cradley, which has a good network of local walks towards the Malvern Hills. Property has garden, patio, parking space and a swimming pool available in the summer.

Initial rental maximum 6 months, as I want to review the success of the arrangement. Will consider short-term, including £180 per week for less than a month.

I have not posted photos of the rental rooms until they are refurbished but viewing is welcome. Looking for someone to share with who is sociable.
