Hi I’m David the Live in Landlord. I have a double room available on the 2nd floor of my spacious Victorian 5 bedroom house.

The property is renovated to a high standard, with a fully fitted kitchen, spacious living room and Dining room and 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite, 1 master bathroom)

All bills are included including super fast fibre broadband , Netflix and Amazon prime.

We are located only a 5 minutes drive to the m5 motorway, a 2 minute walk to the Lido Park and 5 minute walk in to the town centre.

The room has been recently painted and is ready to move in

£500 per month all bills included with a months rent taken as deposit.

Also we have a dog who is very friendly
