The Master bedroom is available now with 3 built-in wardrobes, (in the same room), a king-size bed with storage underneath and an ensuite with shower, toilet and basin.

The rental also comes with office space/more storage space (if you need it). Great if you need to work hybrid, so you can work from home if needed. (Which already contains a computer desk with monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers and a printer, in a separate, upstairs room. You just need to provide the laptop/computer.)

This modern house has a shared kitchen, dining room, lounge and a large TV. The house has fast WiFi. Tesco Express, along with a Fish & Chip shop, a hairdressers and a Chinese Takeaway, are only a five minute walk away.

Droitwich town centre/railway station is approx 20 minutes walk. Droitwich high street has the best Indian restaurant in Worcestershire 2024 (Vaasanti) & PureGym is about to open in the town centre. Droitwich also has the extensive Lido park (with swimming pool and 3 festivals per year), Waitrose and Morrisons supermarkets, Poundland, eleven pubs, WHSmiths, the Post Office and lots of cafés all in the centre.

There is bike/more storage space in the garage. There is parking space on the driveway and the M5 junction is approx 15 minutes away.
Worcester is 30 minutes drive away, train is just 10 minutes. The A38 to Worcester or Bromsgrove, on the bus route, is 15 minutes walk away or 5 minutes by car.

In summary: A lot of house shares are where you share with often up to 5 other people. Here, there's just 2 people. Tesco's is 5 minutes walk away. If you're an office worker, then you could work hybrid in the office I don't use. You have your own bathroom/shower and no one else to interrupt you. There is tons of storage space. The deposit is not the same as the monthly rent, which is often the case.
