Room to Rent in quiet part of Droitwich

I am looking for someone to rent a room in my house. I have lived here 2 years and refurbished most areas both inside and out. I have a spare room which is not doing anything so thought I would offer it for rent. I work Monday to Friday, leave early but back by 5pm usually. The room would suit other professionals in a similar situation. There is plenty of parking and within walking distance of the local chippy and convienience store.
