Room on quiet street

Beautiful 2 bed terrace house with small ‘developing’ garden. One double room with shared bathroom shared areas large sitting dining area and plenty of space for food prep and cooking. I have an old cat who resides in garden room but doesn’t come into house. I ask that you leave the house clean and tidy and are respectful to my need to sleep during the day as I work a few nights each week as a nurse.
