Room is a suite and has double bed, wardrobe, sofa, shelving and table with two chairs. There is also a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster for self-contained living.
Ground Floor with own access to small patio garden area and separate access door into house.
Cul-de-sac road with on-street parking.
Shared cooking facilities and washing machine.
Our living, garden and family bedrooms and bathrooms are for our private use and are separately located from the suite offered, but there's still a lot of space to share :)

We are a married couple, both working, and have an older cat.
We have grown up children who live locally and visit with other family members and friends also visiting and staying.

We hope to share our spare room with a happy trustworthy friendly professional person with similar values to ours. Couples may be considered for additional half weekly rent - this would then be £270 per couple per week.
