I have a cosy single room available in my house, suitable for a quiet, mature lodger, from May 2024.
Shared bills, bathroom, kitchen and living room although I have a "snug", which can be used as a separate living room if needed.
My house is well- maintained, clean and tidy with easy access to public transport and to Evesham town centre.
I have a small, private garden which my lodger week be welcome to use.
I work part-time for the NHS and am physically active playing racketball, running and salsa dancing several nights per week and at weekends.
My adult children visit occasionally but will use the other bedrooms.
Council Tax band is C.
