Small double room to rent in my home

Hello, I’m Rachel, 40, full time working female professional who owns a 2 bedroom property. I have successfully rented out my spare room to many people over the years. Usually I find people tend to stay with me as a bit of stop gap when they’re in a situation and I think that seems to work well!

It’s a small furnished double room so is only suitable for one person and it’s a shared bathroom and kitchen. The house is recently renovated so in great condition. Rent is inclusive of all bills, including broadband.

My partner is here a lot of time, so I have said it is sharing with both of us. He’s a 50 year old builder. Plus I have 2 x cats so be aware of that if you have allergies/fears etc
