Welcome to my newly renovated 3-bedroom Victorian home, perfectly situated in the historic market town of Evesham. Ideal for those seeking a peaceful stay, the house offers a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen (incl. coffee machine, bread maker, juicer etc), downstairs WC, sunroom gym, a private garden and on-street parking. Upstairs you will find a modern family bathroom with walk-in shower and bath. The master bedroom has a super king sized bed, guest room with futon and standing desk, while the third bedroom has been converted to a smart office.

Located within walking distance of shops, cafes, restaurants and scenic riverside walks, and with excellent rail links to Oxford, Birmingham and London. Our home offers a calm and convenient base north of the Cotswolds region.

I'm often away so you would have the master bedroom and place to yourself during the months advertised. Happy for responsible, clean and respectful person or couple to stay. Most bills are included, but depending on circumstance (a couple), contribution to council tax may be required (Band C).
