Pet friendly, double bedroom

I have a good sized double bedroom, with integrated wardrobe available, preferred female professional. It is a 2 bed terrace in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space if you need it. I have a 5 year old female cockapoo puppy, so my potential house mate would need to be okay with lots of snuggles. I’m open to other pets in the house provided they are house trained and get along with my pup. There is a small walled garden which is a great source of joy, I am often found gardening or swinging in the hammock! The bathroom has a shower and will be shared, as will the living room and kitchen.
My home is my pride and joy and I’d love a housemate who is respectful, tidy and fun to be around. I work a hybrid role so may sometimes travel for work and do work from home at least 3 days a week.
Evesham is lovely town, 10 mins from Broadway, 40 mins to Warwick, 30 mins to Stratford upon Avon and an hour from Birmingham. All bills included in room rent (including wifi, council tax, gas, electric and water). Available from mid July
