Smokers are welcome but must not smoke in the house or doorways.
There are 2 reception rooms, a large modern kitchen with breakfast bar, bath/shower room, downstairs cloakroom, conservatory and garden with plenty of patio/decking space.
Also plenty of off road parking.

The nearest supermarket is morrisons about 1 mile away. Evesham town centre is roughly a mile and a half. Railway station is around 2 miles.
Broadway is 5 miles away and has plenty of nice bars and restaurants to choose from.
