Large Room House Share in Bengeworth, Evesham

A large bedroom available in house share in Evesham - however I am in the house very little. Sometimes 10 nights a month but could be as little as two or even none, as I only stay when working in the area. I would like a single person or a couple (the rent is the same for both) but sorry, no families.

Rent is £139pw/600pm which includes water, elec, gas, fibre broadband & council tax bills. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, and a large garden. A well behaved dog is ok but I'm allergic to cats and absolutely no smokers.

The room to let is large (4. 8m x 3m / 15'6"x 10') & has a wardrobe, double bed, desk & chair. The house has a few original features so it has a bit of character, including an open fireplace in the sitting room. Parking on street.

Occasionally my boyfriend & his Labrador Poppy stay over so you have to be ok with dogs.
