There is plenty of communal space with a lovely lounge, dinning area and kitchen. It has a large south facing sunny garden for the tenants and they don't even have to maintain it because to ensure the garden stays in good order, we will look after it.

Plenty of parking on the drive and the bus stop is right outside to take you into Evesham town centre.
