Large double room in 4 bed house

Hi, we have a room available in a farm house. Currently the house is only occupied by myself and my boyfriend, so plenty of space.

The room is a spacious double, furnished, two chest of drawers, bed and built in wardrobe space. There is a private non ensuite bathroom for the room. The house has shared kitchen, dining and living spaces.

Ideally a young professional as that's what we are. The property is situated on a farm, there are dogs about so please bear this in mind. The flooring is also brand new, for this reason, I can't have any pets such as cats or dogs in the house.

We are mid way between pershore and Evesham, just off the main A44 but still very private and secluded.
