Room to let

I am living in a 3 bedroom house with a single annex and am looking for 1 person for the annex which has a separate entrance from the house, also has an en suite shower, toilet and basin with a Velux roof window
& two windows on the side of the annex. Also 1 double room to rent in the house. The house is in a rural village between Evesham and Pershore. There is a large garden, amply parking, cosy living room, kitchen/dining room, conservatory. I am a single professional and currently share the house with two people and my very friendly Labrador. I also have 3 hens and 5 ducks at the bottom of the garden that provide me with eggs each morning. I am a smoker and don't mind having someone that smokes but there is STRICTLY no smoking in the house. I am fun loving and like to cook delicious food. I would like to share with people who like dogs and enjoy life
